With Winter Park Ski Resort in our front yard and Granby Ranch in our backyard, we are Colorado’s Favorite Skiing Playground. In addition to world-class downhill skiing, we also have to tout Devil’s Thumb Ranch, Snow Mountain Ranch and Grand Lake Touring Center for Nordic skiing here in Grand County. We’re so into skiing that we groom the Fraser River Trail from Winter Park Ski Resort to downtown Fraser. So when you’ve finished a day of downhill skiing you can cross country ski from the resort to Safeway in Fraser!
