Hideaway Station Unit TS-16 Description

The hot tub has been closed due to Covid restrictions. 

This Luxury 2 BEDROOM/2.5 BATHROOM home is located in the Brand New Hideaway Station building, in the heart of downtown Winter Park. Professionally decorated, with high-end appliances and all the comforts of home, this home will be your perfect base for your next Winter Park, Colorado vacation.

Constructed in 2019, Hideaway Station is in the center of it all. You’ll be able to park your car and walk to bars, restaurants, concerts or take the FREE public transportation to the Winter Park Resort. This home is equipped with a smart lock for easy access during your stay.

On the main level of the home, you’ll find the living area, kitchen, dining area, the half bath, and balcony. The living area boasts comfy leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a 55” smart tv for a relaxing night after hitting the slopes of Winter Park or a day hike in Rocky Mountain National Park.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to cook a gourmet meal at home. Including high-end appliance and quartz countertops. The kitchen island seat four and an additional four can sit at the dining area table.

Located on the second level of the home you’ll find the sleep quarters. The master suite has a comfy king-sized bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, located in the hallway you’ll find a built-in bunk with twin over twin beds. Also located on the second floor is the second full bath with a walk-in shower and the laundry area.

The communal hot tub is located at building E, just a short walk from your condo. In addition to the outdoor hot tub, the community spa area has a men’s and women’s bathroom, shower, and a dog wash.

This condo is located on the floor and has a main and upper level, you will need to be able to walk up stairs.  


 

Cleaning:
We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay and we maintain a 24-hour “rest” period between bookings. We care about your health and safety.

Please note:
We do not guarantee that hot tubs, pools or other common area amenities will be open for your use during your stay due to State of Colorado regulations regarding the Corona Virus.
