Hideaway Station Unit TS-25 Description

This 2 BEDROOM 2.5 BATHROOM Loft Condo is located in the Brand New Hideaway Station building, in the heart of downtown Winter Park, Colorado. Professionally decorated, with high-end appliances and all the comforts of home, this home will be your perfect home for your next Winter Park, Colorado vacation.

Hideaway Station is in the Heart of it all, you’ll be able to park your car and walk to bars, restaurants, and concerts or take the FREE public transportation system “The Lift” to the Winter Park Resort. This home is equipped with a smart lock for easy access during your stay.

On the main level of the home, you will find the living area, kitchen, dining area, the half bath, and the wrap-around balcony. The living area boasts comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and a 55” smart tv for a relaxing night after hitting the slopes of Winter Park Resort or a day hike in Rocky Mountain National Park.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to cook a gourmet meal at home. Including high-end appliance and quartz countertops and all the kitchen necessities. The kitchen island seats three and an additional six can sit at the dining area table.

Located on the second level of the condo you will find the sleeping quarters. The master suite has a comfy queen-sized bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower with views of Winter Park Resort out the window. The second bedroom features a queen bed and located in the hallway you’ll find a built-in bunk with twin over twin beds. Also located on the second floor is the second full bath with a walk-in shower and the laundry area with a full sized stacked washer and dryer.

Short walk to The Foundry Cinema & Bowl, Fireside Market, Winter Park Liquor store and numerous bars and restaurants. 

The communal hot tub is located at building E, just a short walk from your condo. In addition to the outdoor hot tub, the community spa area has a men’s and women’s bathroom, shower, and a dog wash. The hot tub is subject to the State of Colorado Covid 19 restrictions and may or may not be open during your stay.

This condo is located downtown, noise from a busy downtown might be heard in the condo. We are located at 9,000’ elevation, this building does not have air conditioning, you can open windows for air flow and the home has ceiling fans throughout. During the summer months you will hear pedestrians in the downtown area when you have the windows open.  Also, this a two-level condo located on the second floor, you will need to be able to navigate stairs.

 

Cleaning:
We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay and we maintain a 24-hour “rest” period between bookings. We care about your health and safety.

Please Note:
We do not guarantee that hot tubs, pools or other common area amenities will be open for your use during your stay due to State of Colorado regulations regarding the Corona Virus.
