Hidden River Ranch is a unique ranch property located in Grand County. This expansive ranch home is perfect for a large family reunion or group getaway! Sit at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in the morning, or hang out in the evening and enjoy the 360-degree panoramic views from this beautiful home!
With over 47 acres and a nearby trail connecting Fraser to Granby, you will never run out of places to explore! After a long day of wandering on the local trails, you can kick back and relax in the 7-person hot tub with your friends. This ranch home has two large decks, perfect for enjoying happy hour and BBQing with the large wood/charcoal grill.
The spacious living room is perfect for winter nights and features comfortable leather sofas, low-lit rustic lamps, a fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and a massive Smart/Direct TV. This is the best place to catch up with friends, watch a movie, and prop your feet up.
The kitchen is connected to the dining area with a large dining table and plenty of additional seating around the bar area. There is also an extra sink for guests to use that will help keep others out of the kitchen while you're cooking a meal.
After a long day, you can retire upstairs to the private primary bedroom. There are also two additional bedrooms on the main level, both with private bathrooms, and two bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom! All (except the bunk room) have Smart TVs or Direct TVs. So, everyone can retreat to their own private entertainment for the evening.
This home is perfect for longer stays, with a washer and dryer and an additional freezer by the large garage that guests have access to as well.
The location of this home is close to lots of popular activities! If you enjoy being outside, and love hiking, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, birdwatching, and exploring with your kids, then this is the place for you. With close proximity to Devil’s Thumb Ranch, Winter Park Ski Resort, Grand Ranch Ski Resort, Trestle Bike Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, and hundreds of trails!

The Rules:
- DO NOT SPEED down the driveway, Speed limit is 20 MPH on the dirt road once you turn off the highway. and you will be asked to vacate the home if we receive calls that you or your party are going over the speed limit on the road from the highway
- The property is basically around the home, do not use the neighbor's disk golf course.
- No smoking of any kind in the home
- Do not wear shoes in the home
- No glass of any kind to be used in or near the hot tub
- Home is suitable for 10 adults and 6 children (12 years old or younger) only
- Will consider pets so contact the management company to request, there is a $150 additional fee if pets are allowed.
- No smoking is allowed in the home.
- While we welcome multiple families, this is not a party spot! Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction and loss of your security deposit. We appreciate your courtesy.
- Shut garage door after pulling vehicle in or out of the garage, water pipes are located in the garage and can freeze causing severe damage.
- Bugs and critters are part of normal life in the ranch so no refund will be given for any sightings. Please do not commit to booking if these conditions do not work for you.
