The Grand Park neighborhood is close to restaurants, breweries, and bars in the Town of Fraser and The Fraser Valley Shopping Center is a short half-mile walk.

The main level of the home has an open floor with a kitchen perfect to entertain family and friends while cooking a delicious meal. Included in the kitchen are stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas burner stove, and everything you need to make a home-cooked or gourmet meal at home. The half bath is also located on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a home-cooked meal on your next Fraser or Winter Park, Colorado vacation.

Easily seats 8 people at the dining table plus there are 4 spots at the kitchen island.

Also on the main level, you'll find one of the two primary suites with a king bed and an attached full bathroom with two sinks. The lower level contains the other two bedrooms with additional TV and entertainment area. The second primary suite has a king bed with an attached bathroom and a 52" smart tv. The bunk room contains one 1 full over full and 1 twin over twin bunk beds with a bathroom down the hall.

Just off the second living area, you'll find a furnished patio with a hot tub, wood fire pit seating and amazing views of the continental divide. If you're lucky enough, catch the alpenglow colors in the winter evening!

This Winter Park, Colorado Mountain home works well for a large family or two families traveling together for a winter or summer Colorado vacation!

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

A train runs through the towns of Winter Park and Fraser and can be heard from this home as well as most homes in the area.

The homeowners of this property do have dogs.

Parking: You can park a vehicle in the one-car garage and two in the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street during wintertime.

Visit Winter Park Lodging manages several homes in this neighborhood including one home next door. If you have a larger group we might be able to accommodate the group in several homes.

We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay.
