This two-bedroom two-bath condo is located next to the Fraser River. In the summer, open the windows and enjoy the sounds of a mountain stream while you relax or sit on the second-story balcony and enjoy the cool breeze coming off the river. You can also fish just a few feet from the condo, please release any fish you catch.

Located two blocks off Main Street this condo has all the comforts you'll need during your next Winter Park stay. This two-bedroom condo has a comfy king bed, a twin over full bunk, and a queen pullout sofa sleeper, sleeping up to 7.

This condo is perfect for your next mountain getaway, summer or winter. This newly listed condo also has a 50” Smart TV and a wood fireplace. We do not provide wood for the fireplace.

The condo backs up to open space with the Fraser River in the front yard. The view from the covered deck is also of the Fraser River open space. This unit is located on the second floor so you’ll need to climb stairs to enter the condo.

As a guest of our Hi Country Haus, you'll have full access to the Recreation building, which is a short walk from the unit. The recreation building has an indoor swimming pool, 3 hot tubs (2 inside & 1 outdoor), men's and women's locker rooms, wireless internet, lounge/game room with smart tv, fireplace and pool table, children's center, fitness center, coin-op laundry room, sun deck, covered picnic pavilion, horseshoes, volleyball, and playground. 

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

The owners of this property have dogs and bring them when they stay at the condo. 

Cleaning:
We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay.

Please Note:
We do not guarantee that hot tubs, pools, or other common area amenities will be open for your use during your stay due to the State of Colorado regulations regarding the Corona Virus.

Bedroom one: King Bed
Second bedroom: Twin over full bunk
Living room: Queen pullout sofa

Access:
Accessing your vacation home is as easy as entering a four-digit code. This unit is equipped with a push-lock so you won’t need keys on your stay and you also won’t have to check in or out at a separate location.
