This beautiful, newly remodeled ranch home sits on 100 acres of private land within minutes of Winter Park Ski Resort and Granby Ranch. This amazing property has a new 7-person common area hot tub with stunning views of Winter Park Resort and the Continental Divide! The living area has large windows for unobstructed views. After a long day of travel, you want somewhere comfortable to lay your head. Fortunately for you, the master bedroom features a spacious queen bed, ¾ bathroom, and high-powered shower that can help you feel refreshed after a flight or all-day trip in the car.
Plus, the master bedroom features wooden accent furniture, a TV, and windows that provide great views of the nearby areas. These modern touches in this bedroom make it feel like you are staying in a luxurious and upscale apartment — but for a much lower price!
If you have guests staying with you, they will love the quirky loft bedroom with a bunk bed and twin over a full. There is also a roll-out trundle bed under the full bunk for smaller children on vacation. Plus, the loft area contains a sitting area for parents to keep a watchful eye on their kids, filled with toys, books, and games. This bunk bedroom is easily big enough for three children to sleep in, providing them with plenty of space and things to do to keep them busy and entertained on vacation!
After everyone gets a good first night of sleep, you can all head into the kitchen to get your day started. The kitchen is a spacious room that connects to the nearby living room and dining room, using an open floor plan that makes the apartment seem huge! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for cooking and storing food, as well as an island area with two wooden bar stools that is great for coffee in the morning, serving drinks in the afternoon, or sitting and reading the paper with your brunch. We love the kitchen in this apartment — it is the ideal focal point for everyone to hang out and relax at all times of the day. With the spacious counter area, granite island with seating, and modern amenities, this is a comfortable area to have a few drinks, sip on some coffee when you first wake up and converse about your day. Plus, the views out of the massive windows from your kitchen aren’t too bad either!
If all of your guests would like to sit and have breakfast together, you can head into the combined dining room and living room. In this room, you can either sit on the comfortable and cozy couch or chair, or you can all take a seat at the dining room table, complete with rod-iron chairs and cushioned seats.
Take a break after slaving away in the kitchen for breakfast, chill out in the living room on the comfortable couch with 4D flat-screen TV, satellite channels, and see what’s on TV or the news in the local area.
Next, head outside onto your balcony to see the amazing views from your property. After all, Red Hawk Ranch is located on some of the most picturesque land in the entire state. You can see the nearby rolling hills, countryside, and far-away mountains from the comfort of your own home. Plus, you are close enough that you can even go climb some of those mountains!
In just 15 minutes, you can get to the desired Winter Park Resort, a popular ski resort during the wintertime and a great place for hiking during the summer. Rent some skis or snowboards and head to the local resort to cruise down the bunny slopes or test your luck at one of the many Black Diamond runs.
Or, if you head here during the blue skies and summer months, you can take a drive to the nearby Rocky Mountain National Park. In just 45 minutes, you will be in the middle of beautiful hiking trails and natural areas that are perfect for an adventure-filled day. Tackle some of the highest peaks in Colorado or enjoy a beginner’s hike with your kids!
Whatever you choose, Red Hawk Ranch is the idyllic place for vacation if you enjoy spending time in nature and having close proximity to the nearby towns, shops, hiking trails, and waterways!
This is a triplex building, one building with three units in the building. Each unit has its own private entrance, private deck, and private barbecue grill. The only shared amenity is the communal hot tub, which is shared with the three units. This property is great for meeting others or relaxing and enjoying your own quiet time.
