This condo also has a tennis court and clubhouse with two hot tubs located indoors. Fraser is located minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort, and only 40 minutes to Grand Lake, the West entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
We stock each of our rentals bathrooms with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and linens for your stay. Our kitchens are equipped for you to be able to make a home-cooked meal on our vacation. We also stock coffee and creamer for your first morning on your vacation.
The Sun Song Condominiums also has a recycling bin located onsite for your convenience.
The owners have taken the time to nicely decorate the home and look forward to you staying in their home.
We are a locally owned and operated lodging company.

We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay.
We do not guarantee that hot tubs or other common area amenities will be open for your use during your stay due to State of Colorado regulations regarding the Corona Virus.
