Wine By the Glass
The extensive wine list of 80 sommelier-selected wines is offered by the glass. Rather than being poured at your table, your choice is drawn from an Enomatic dispenser. The dispenser keeps the wine at the ideal temperature, and the gas system prevents oxidation and preserves the quality of the wine experience as it should be. Wines can be dispensed by the taste (1 oz), half glass (2 oz), or full glass (4 oz) pour. A seasonal food menu has been created by Executive Chef Dominick Marchionda for perfect pairings with our wines.
Non-Alcoholic Beverages
There is something for the designated driver to sip on. Choose from lemon, orange, or a variety of other flavors of San Pellegrino flavored sparkling water, or an espresso. The Vybes Hemp extract beverage is fragrant with blackberry hibiscus, blueberry mint, and watermelon lime, while the Boylan root beer is a root beer made with cane sugar.

Each board serves up to four guests and features distinct Italian, French, and Colorado flavors, along with a special Chef’s Board. Italian flavors include Finocchiona, house-made focaccia, olive oil, Pepperoncini, and more. For a taste of France, there are selections of Burgundy mushrooms, Dijon, Saucisson sec, and triple cream brie, all with house-made bread. The Colorado board features unique Colorado tastes including Elk jalapeno sausage, bison huckleberry sausage, habanero cheese, and others. Choose to go with the chef’s favorites of four select cheeses, nuts, toasted baguette, and other traditional charcuterie offerings.
Soups & More
Enjoy a fresh market salad with seasonal ingredients, or soups like French onion, Italian wedding, or roasted tomato. Choose a house-made bread loaf, focaccia bread, or even a specialty grilled cheese sandwich. Flatbreads serve up to two and include flavors like bleu cheese and roasted grape, fig and prosciutto, or mushroom with winter pesto, to name a few.
