Home Inspection Specialist Qualifications
Computer skills (including mobile devices) are a must as well as software, home entertainment technology, WI-FI and smart locks knowledge
Available to have a flexible schedule, work holidays and be on-call during shifts.

employees, guests, homeowners and cleaners
Be detail-oriented with extreme attention to detail. Be thorough, proactive, accurate and organized
Be responsive, reliable, and self-sufficient
Follow company policies and procedures
Physically capable to walk, use staris, stand, sit, lift reach (high & low) while on duty
Push, pull and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel and twist
Must be able to drive with valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation Must be 21+ years of age and licensed driver for over 3 years to drive a company vehicle
Home Inspection Specialist Responsibilities
Perform inspections of properties after cleans and prior to all owner and guest arrivals to insure condition meets quality standards, property is well stocked and everything is in working order.
Familiar with each property and layout, knows where all furniture and decor goes
Fix small maintenance issues while inspecting including changing out light bulbs, tighten knobs and minor deck & porch shoveling and taking out & putting trash bins away when needed
Routine inventory check of each property, become familiar with home decor and report any missing or damage items. Make suggestions for homes to make day-to-day operations easier or items needed to add to guests/owner experience.
Occasionally run errands, deliver extra or missing items to guests
During busy times help strip beds, take out trash, start dishwasher or laundry to help cleaners
During slow times help deep clean homes, wash bedding, rugs and windows (that are reachable)
$18-$24 per hour DOE

Guest Services Specialist
Visit Winter Park Lodging, a locally owned and managed vacation rental company is searching for an individual to join our team as a Guest Service Specialist. Guest Service Specialist responsibilities to include but not limited to: ensuring that guests have an enjoyable stay with Visit Winter Park Lodging. Skill sets would need to include professionalism, positive personality, handle conflict resolutions, and willingness to learn. Our guest service specialist would also need to inspect and clean homes on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities: Guest contact- Answer emails, text, social media, phone calls, and apps and in-person engagement, prepare guests for their upcoming stays and follow up after stays. Deliver gifts to guests. Manage lost and found items for guests. Property – Gain knowledge of each property and be able to answer guest questions related to properties. Software – Obtain knowledge of our booking software and continuing education for software. Inspection and cleaning – When needed Guest Service Specialist would need to inspect homes and help cleaners.
Qualifications:
– Excellent communications skills
– A degree in public relations or have at least 2 years of related guest service experience
– Organized – Reliable
– Have an upbeat personality
– Team oriented
– Computer skills and be willing to learn new software
– Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license
– Reliable transportation
– Have reliable transportation – Be able to lift 30 lbs
Salary: $20 – $25 Per hour DOE
Schedule: Part Time Monday Through Wednesday
