Operational Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the housekeeping and maintenance of our homes
  • Light maintenance (installing modems, tvs, smart home devices, smart locks etc)
  • Staying on top of all operational issues (damages, damage claims with OTA’s)
  • Making sure maintenance tickets are closed in a timely manner
  • Onboard new properties (create house manuals and operation of all functions of the house)
  • Manage and improve operational practices and find areas for improvements
  • Handling of various administrative tasks
  • Be on call for emergencies (lock-out issues, etc)

Requirements:

  • Must be able to multitask and work in small team environment, must be willing to grow with the company
  • Must work well with others and give clear directions when needed
  • Have experience with OTA’s
  • You must be detailed oriented
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s record
  • Live within 30 minutes of the town of Fraser
  • Being bilingual is a plus
  • Have a flexible schedule 
  • Lift 50+ lbs

Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 yearly DOE

Home Technician

 

Your duties will include but are not limited to making sure homes are ready for guests (inspecting cleans) and in working order (maintenance).

• You must be detailed oriented

• Be able to self-schedule

• Know and preform general home maintenance skills, installing modems, TVs, smart home devices, smart locks etc

• Communicate well with guests and employees

• Be able to use a PC and Smartphone

• Perform all tasks as assigned

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Have a flexible schedule

• Lift 50+ lbs

Salary: $22-$30 per hour DOE

Guest Services Specialist

Visit Winter Park Lodging, a locally owned and managed vacation rental company is searching for an individual to join our team as a Guest Service Specialist. Guest Service Specialist responsibilities to include but not limited to: ensuring that guests have an enjoyable stay with Visit Winter Park Lodging. Skill sets would need to include professionalism, positive personality, handle conflict resolutions, and willingness to learn. Our guest service specialist would also need to inspect and clean homes on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities: Guest contact- Answer emails, text, social media, phone calls, and apps and in-person engagement, prepare guests for their upcoming stays and follow up after stays. Deliver gifts to guests. Manage lost and found items for guests. Property – Gain knowledge of each property and be able to answer guest questions related to properties. Software – Obtain knowledge of our booking software and continuing education for software. Inspection and cleaning – When needed Guest Service Specialist would need to inspect homes and help cleaners. 

Qualifications: 

– Excellent communications skills 

– A degree in public relations or have at least 2 years of related guest service experience 

– Organized – Reliable 

– Have an upbeat personality 

– Team oriented 

– Computer skills and be willing to learn new software 

– Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license 

– Reliable transportation

– Have reliable transportation – Be able to lift 30 lbs

Salary: $20 – $25 Per hour DOE

Schedule: Part Time Monday Through Wednesday
