
Terms and Conditions
Visit Winter Park Lodging, LLC is a full-service vacation rental company, the vacation rentals that we offer are the personal vacation homes and condos of our homeowners. We are located and manage vacation rentals in Grand County, Colorado.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
Cancellation of booking at any time after confirmation has been issued may result in forfeiture of deposit(s).
Reservations canceled with at least 30 days before the start of the reservation will receive 100% refund.
Cancellations made with less than 29 days’ notice will result in 100% loss of all payment less any security deposit.
Refund of monies paid for rental and services will be made under the following circumstances: (1) If, on the day that the rental is scheduled to begin, the property is unfit for habitation and no equivalent substitute can be obtained.
POWER/ WEATHER RELATED CANCELATION: Visit Winter Park Lodging does NOT issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages or forest fires, but Rental Guardian does provide some protection against these instances. Nor do we refund If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances and you did not purchase insurance, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date.
COVID-19 REFUND POLICY
If the State of Colorado issues a stay at home policy during the dates of the booking a full refund would be issued for the dates affected by the stay at home policy. You would not be refunded for nights that you had already stayed or if you decide to stay at the home.
If Winter Park Resort shuts down during your stay due to COVID-19, you would be refunded for any nights not used.
We do not issue refunds for fear of travel, or exposure either assumed or confirmed to COVID-19.
We do not issue refunds if you are unable secure lift ticket/s for your stay or other activities.
We suggest securing your lift tickets and activities prior to booking your lodging.
To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation and Interruption Protection insurance to assure refund of deposits paid and reimbursement of other vacation payments. Such insurance is available through travel agents, auto clubs such as AAA, or online at www.rentalguardian.com/
Maximum Occupancy: Guests shall not exceed the occupancy number published on the listings.
Check-out policy: Please note that check-out time is at 10:00 am MST on the designated date of check-out. Our cleaners will be at home to clean near that time.
Before you leave.
- Load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
- Turn the heat down to 68° F. (winter time)
- Please lock all doors and close all windows.
- The home should be left in the same or better condition as your found it
Noise: All of our homes have a quiet time between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind including vape pens is NOT permitted in any Visit Winter Park Lodging Property. Smoking is allowed outside as long as butts and ashes are not left behind. Discard the butts and ashes in the outside garbage. Do not throw butts on the ground or bring them into the home. If there is any tobacco or marijuana smell in the home after your departure, there will be a minimum $250 charge. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
