Fraser Crossing 3423 Description

Fraser Crossing is located just across the street from the Winter Park Resort Village and considered a ski in ski out condominium complex. The 10 person gondola at Winter Park Resort is 600’ from the lobby door of Fraser Crossing. So you can take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or to warm-up. Winter Park Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment. The free shuttle stop is located just across the street so you can ride into Winter Park and back for free.

This one bedroom one bathroom condo sleeps up to 5 and is located on the fourth floor with views of Winter Park Ski resort. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a microwave convection oven for making meals at home and a full-size fridge. The open floor plan leads to the living area with comfy seating and a queen sleeper sofa, and a 55” smart TV. There is also a twin ottoman pull out.

The dining table seats 5. Just off the living room, you’ll find the deck with views of Winter Park Resort and overlooks the amenities deck.  The bedroom has a king bed, AC unit and a large closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

Park in the heated garage the cost per day per vehicle during ski season is $16 and there is a $3 service fee during summer months.

Fraser Crossing is located just across from the base of Winter Park Resort. The condominium complex features an activity deck with a large outdoor hot tub, seating, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills for guests' use. You’ll also find a coin-operated laundry room on the second level. The private ski locker is located on the main level of Fraser Crossing.

Cleaning:
We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO, and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay.

Please note:
We do not guarantee that hot tubs, pools, or other common area amenities will be open for your use during your stay due to the State of Colorado regulations regarding the Corona Virus.
