We hope you have arrived safely and had no trouble finding our Fraser Crossing 3423 home for your stay.
We know you must be ready to relax and start your vacation, and we want you to make yourself at home right way. We just ask all guests to go through the home and report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours to us or our housekeeper.

WVPL manages the condo only, this is not a hotel with a front desk service. We supply general goods for your entire stay but do not have anyone attending at the building.
Heating system uses thermostats, there is no air conditioning. Opening windows and turning on fans will cool down the condo fast.
Please keep your skis or snowboard in the ski locker. Two keys to the lock are hanging by the door. A $50.00 fee for replacing the key will be charged so please hang the keys by the door before checking out.
Boots and other wet gear should be stored in the entry. Also please remove your
shoes upon entering the condo.
Trash can be disposed of at the refuse drop near the elevator.

The switch is located on the side of the fireplace. It may take a minute for the flames to come on
Due to cold temperatures, the deck and walkway surfaces are generally snowy and icy even when the snow has been cleared. Please exercise caution. We will not clear the snow from the deck during your stay unless you wish for us to. Please message or give us a call and we will come by and take care of it. There is a shovel on the deck for this use.

Please note that checkout time is at 10:00 am on the designated date of checkout. Our cleaners will be at the home to clean near that time.
Before you leave, we just ask you for a couple favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.
- Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
- Please check that the fireplace is turned off.
- Please lock all doors and close all windows.
- Please make sure the key is hanging by the door, a $50 fee will be assessed if we need to replace it.
Parking is not included with your booking cost and is per day. We do not manage parking so please contact parking management for any issues. If your stuck and the garage does not open, there is a call button for help.

Garage clearance 8’0″ If your vehicle is too high you can park at the paid parking lot above Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe.

Located at the base of Winter Park Resort. Enter the parking garage for Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe.
When you enter Founders Pointe parking is first, Turn left to park in the Fraser Crossing area.
Founders Pointe and Fraser Crossing each have their own entrance and lobby.
You MUST purchase your parking tickets prior to arrival. This unit is located on parking level 2, and has it’s own access from the parking level.
