Heating system uses thermostats, there is no air conditioning.
Please keep your skis or snowboard in the ski locker. Two keys to the lock are hanging by the door. A $50.00 fee for replacing the key will be charged so please hang the keys by the door before checking out.
Boots and other wet gear should be stored in the entry. Also please remove your
shoes upon entering the condo.
Trash can be disposed of at the refuse drop near the elevator.
Quiet hours: 10pm-7am Daily
Gas Fireplace
The switch is located on the side of the fireplace. It may take a minute for the flames to come on
Snow Removal
Due to cold temperatures, the deck and walkway surfaces are generally snowy and icy even when the snow has been cleared. Please exercise caution. We will not clear the snow from the deck during your stay unless you wish for us to. Please message or give us a call and we will come by and take care of it. There is a shovel on the deck for this use.

Checkout Policy
Please note that checkout time is at 10:00 am on the designated date of checkout. Our cleaners will be at the home to clean near that time.
Before you leave, we just ask you for a couple favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.
- Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
- Please check that the fireplace is turned off.
- Please lock all doors and close all windows.
- Please make sure the key is hanging by the door, a $50 fee will be assessed if we need to replace it.
