We hope you have arrived safely and had no trouble finding our Trailhead 212 home for your stay.

We know you must be ready to relax and start your vacation, and we want you to make yourself at home right way. We just ask all guests to go through the home and report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours to us or our housekeeper.

Heating system uses thermostats and is usually at room temperature when you arrive. This property sits at 9,000 feet above sea level therefore there is no air conditioning. If too warm in summer months we suggest opening patio doors, windows and use fans provided, it will cool down fast. 

Please keep your sporting goods, ski and snowboard equipment in the entry closet.

Boots and other wet gear should be stored in the entry. Also please remove your shoes upon entering the condo.

Trash can be disposed of at the trash enclosure in front of the building.

Quiet hours: 10pm-7am Daily

Clubhouse Card, please return the card to the condo. A $50 fee will be assessed if the card is not returned. Currently close due to COVID restrictions. 

 

Parking passes, please return the parking passes to the condo. A $50 fee per parking pass will be asses for missing passes. Parking passes only required weekends in the summer. 

Gas fireplace: the on/off switch is located on the wall next to the fireplace. Please do not place any items or materials in the fireplace. Please turn off, when you leave the home or retiring for the night.

Access to the clubhouse is gained by keycard, the card is hanging by the front door.

Please bring all towels and keycards back to the unit. FREE Wi-Fi in the clubhouse.

Due to cold temperatures, the deck and walkway surfaces are generally snowy and icy even when the snow has been cleared. Please exercise caution. We will not remove snow during your stay from the upper decks unless you ask us to, there is a snow shovel you may use to clear these if you wish to use them. DO NOT shovel snow from the upper decks.

Please note that checkout time is at 10:00 am on the designated date of checkout. Our cleaners will be at the home to clean near that time.

Before you leave, we just ask you for a couple favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.

  • Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
  • Please check that the fireplace is turned off.
  • Please lock all doors and close all windows.
  • Please make sure the key is hanging by the door, a $50 fee will be assessed if we need to replace it.
