Vertical Bistro is conveniently located in the Village at Winter Park Resort, serving American-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hungry skiers.
Before hitting the slopes, start your day with a delicious, locally sourced breakfast. The morning menu features a traditional breakfast of eggs and bacon, vegetable omelette, mountain omelette, a baked avocado, stuffed french toast, and a burrito bowl.
Also, be sure to check out the breakfast cocktails menu, featuring the “Loaded Hot Chocolate”, Bloody Mary, and the “My Kids are in Ski School”.
The Lunch menu features Garlic Saikoro Steak and Mountain Mac & Cheese. For dinner, try the scallops, elk tenderloin filet, and lamb chops.
The bar features drafts, cans, bottles, white and red wines, sparkling, rose, and cocktails. Among the cocktails, you can try the “Anejo Old Fashioned”, “Trump Skis in Jeans”, and “The Hangry Ginger”.

“The staff was amazing during our visit. The servers and bartenders were both chill with the crowd but also stayed on top of everything. Kudos to the hostess that had to handle a family from Brazil who insisted waiting the full 45 minutes standing around her with 6 kids and 6 adults (the kids at one point sat at the bar and the manager had to ask them to move). If you can keep your cool during that then you can handle anything.”
