The living area has comfy seating and a 55” flat-screen smart TV.  Just off the living area, you’ll find a balcony deck where you can catch the sunrise peeking over the Continental Divide with your morning coffee, and view the evening alpenglow as you grill your favorite burgers. Located on the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed.

The upper level is where you’ll find the primary suite, which features a spacious en-suite full bath with an oversized walk-in shower and a 55” smart TV. The second bedroom, bunk area, and a washer and dryer are also located on this level.

The highlight of this luxury townhome is found on the roof, a rooftop deck with views of the Continental Divide, and plenty of seating for eating, relaxing, and enjoying the grand views. You’ll find the Hot Tub on the rooftop deck as well. There is a mini/wet bar (with a refrigerator) to keep beverages and snacks close at hand! Great place to relax and watch the sunset and enjoy the distant view of the runs at Winter Park Resort.

Shut the garage door after pulling the vehicle in or out of the garage; water pipes are located in the garage and can freeze, causing severe damage.
