- Store skis, snowboard and sports equipment in designated closet and/or patio deck
- No parties please; this neighborhood is not appropriate for parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood  noise levels are respected.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
