Constructed in 2019, in Winter Park, Colorado, Arrow 288 is perfect for your next vacation. Walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping or take the free public shuttle the only Movie Theater and Bowling Alley (The Foundry Cinema and Bowl), community trails, the Winter Park Resort.
Arrow 288 is professionally decorated in a western mountain home design with all the comforts of modern technology, with smart TV’s throughout the home, and a smart lock to gain access to the home.
The main level of the home has an open floor plan with an expansive kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas burner stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal on your next Winter Park, Colorado vacation.
The living area has comfy seating and a 55” flat-screen smart TV. Just off the living area, you’ll find a balcony deck with the BBQ grill. Located on the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed.
The upper level is where you’ll find the master suite, which features a full bath with a walk-in shower and a 55” smart TV. The second bedroom, bunk area, and a washer and dryer are also located on this level.
The highlight of this luxury townhome is found on the roof, a rooftop deck with views of the Continental Divide and the Winter Park Resort. You’ll find the Hot Tub on the rooftop deck as well. So you can relax and enjoy the views from the top of the world!
Park two cars in tandem, (larger vehicles like Suburbans will need multiple 3-point turns to enter the garage), in the heated garage along with all your winter or summer activity equipment.

Quiet hours 10 pm till 7 am
Shut garage door after pulling vehicle in or out of the garage, water pipes are located in the garage and can freeze causing severe damage.
