The Condo at the Gondo!
Ideal ski-in and ski-out location! Views of the Winter Park ski slopes and the gondola from the condo! Wake up, have your morning coffee and watch as sun rays hit the slopes! Located at the base of Winter Park Resort, enjoy lots of activities both winter and summer!
Experience authentic Colorado by walking to the Gondola from the condo, and taking your first run all within 15 minutes!
Located on the fourth floor of the Riverside Zephyr building, this unit is larger than most with 2 bedrooms with the ability to sleep 6 comfortably. Enjoy staying in while cooking in the fully stocked, UPGRADED kitchen while you discuss the day's adventures around the granite counters with the family. The kitchen also has updated appliances including a microwave, full-size oven, and refrigerator. The dining table fits up to six spaces comfortably. INCLUDES, WIFI, cable TV, and washer & dryer in the unit for more privacy and convenience.
After cooking and dining, settle into the cozy family room with a large TV, sofa (with pullout full-size mattress that sleeps 2), two swivel chairs, and a wine refrigerator for close-by beverages. There is a cabinet with books, puzzles, cards, and games for everyone in the family and you can pick a DVD movie for all ages. After enjoying the evening, sleep cozy in the spacious master bedroom featuring a comfortable king mattress, plush pillows, and large flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and another tv. If needed there is a pull-out twin cot for a kiddo to sleep in.
With the perfect Colorado ambiance already in the background, added to it, is a gas fireplace and balcony for entertaining and enjoying the evening colors as the slope bounces them off the sunset.
Heated, underground paid parking is added security and nice to keep the snow off your vehicle. Bike storage is available for summertime stays. No need for a vehicle when Home James offers shuttle transportation to and from Denver International Airport or ride the train from downtown Denver's union station!
Zephyr building has four communal hot tubs, a fitness room, onsite ski shops and is in the heart of The Village of Winter Park resort with lots of restaurants. Please note: we manage the condo and not the building amenities but of course are welcome to use them.
