Fraser Crossing 3227 Description

Fraser Crossing is located just across the street from the Winter Park Resort Village. The 10 person gondola at Winter Park Resort is 600’ from the lobby door of Fraser Crossing, so you can take a break from skiing and walk back to the condo for lunch or warm-up. Winter Park Base Village also has shopping, restaurants, and bars for your entertainment. The Free shuttle stop is located just across the street so you can ride into Winter Park and back for free.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo sleeps up to 2 and is located on the second floor with views of Winter Park Ski Resort. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a microwave convection oven for making meals at home, and a full-size fridge. The open floor plan leads to the living area with comfy seating and a 55” smart TV.

The dining table seats two. Just off the living room, you’ll find the deck with views of Winter Park Resort. The bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

Park in the heated garage, the cost per day per vehicle during ski season is $19 there is a $3 service fee during summer months.

STARTING 4/29/24 THE HOA WILL REPLACING THE HOT TUBS ON THE AMENITY DECK. THE AMENITY DECK WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE AND THE HOT TUBS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.  CONSTRUCTION WILL BE HAPPENING FROM 7AM-7PM / 7 DAYS A WEEK.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK ONE OF OUR UNITS PLEASE REACH TO USE DIRECTLY IF THERE IS ANYTHING TO WE CAN DO TO MAKE YOU STAY MORE ENJOYABLE. DISCOUNTS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION.


Fraser Crossing is a newer condominium complex that features an activity with a large outdoor hot tub, seating, an outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills for guests' use. You’ll also find a coin-operated laundry room on this level. The private ski locker is located on the main level of Fraser Crossing.
