Constructed in 2019, Hideaway Station is in the center of it all. You’ll be able to park your car and walk to bars, restaurants, concerts or take the FREE public transportation to the Winter Park Resort. This home is equipped with a smart lock for easy access during your stay.
This one-level home is located on the top floor, 4th floor, of the building. You’ll find the living area, kitchen, dining area, the half bath, and balcony all in an open floor plan. The living area boasts comfy leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a 55” smart tv for a relaxing night after hitting the slopes of Winter Park Resort or a day hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, only a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll need to cook a gourmet meal at home, which includes high-end appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen bar seats four and an additional 6 can sit at the dining area table.
Located off the main living area you'll find all the bedrooms. The master suite has a comfy king-sized bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, the bunkroom features two full over full bunk beds. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer located in the unit.
The communal hot tub is located outdoors on the main level of the building. In addition to the outdoor hot tub, the community spa area has a men’s and women’s bathroom, shower, and dog wash.
This condo is located on the fourth floor with access from the elevator.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
