This is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 6 that is located in a pristine neighborhood, close to Devil's Thumb Ranch, Winter Park Resort, and Granby Ranch, and only 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. The Barn is the perfect secluded home for your next Colorado mountain getaway!
The home sits on 80 acres with 1400' of Fraser river running through the property for private fishing! Enjoy views of Byers Peak and open space along with spectacular sunsets! Abundant wildlife and private fishing access gives our guests additional amenities you can’t find in town. And how many people can say they stayed in the top of a barn!
We stock each of our rentals bathrooms with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and linens for your stay. Our kitchens are equipped for you to be able to make a home-cooked meal on your vacation. We also stock coffee and creamer for your first morning on your vacation.

Guests do NOT have access to the lower level of the barn where the horse stalls are located. There is an exterior security camera at the entry to the home.
