Originally settled in the 1930s, the Ranch is home to beautiful views of elk and moose, horses feeding in the meadow, and a gorgeous blanket of stars.

Appetizers and Entrees
Before your entree, make a strong start with your choice of the delicious appetizers, including the Chef Choice Charcuterie Platter, Shrimp Cocktail, Steak Tartar, Blue Lump Crab Cake, Goat Cheese Brulee, and the Colorado Lamb Lollipop (Tzatziki Cucumber Sauce, Harissa Ketchup, Shaved Fennel Salad).
After starters, the Soups & Salad menu features the yummy and made-to-order Lobster and Sweet Corn Chowder, Ahi Tuna Salad, DTR Ranch Grown Salad, and Caesar Romaine Hearts Salad.
Finally, it’s time for the entrees. The menu includes Grilled Vegetable Pappardelle, Summer Garden Stir Fry, Poblano-Lime Roasted Chicken, Colorado Kurabuta “Cowboy” Pork Chop, Bacon Wrapped Elk Loin, Grilled Great Range Bison Ribeye, Rocky Mountain Trout, and Seared Diver Scallop.
Wagyu Beef
The Ranch House proudly serves 100% Wagyu beef, born and raised on Devil’s Thumb Ranch. Filet, NY Strip, Rib Eye, and Hanger Steak are among the cuts featured on the DTR Wagyu line.
Looking to enjoy a drink? A wide selection of Red, White, Rose, and Sparkling wine are available by the glass, as well as bottled beer and cocktails.
As early as the 1930s, settlers gathered on the grounds of Devil’s Thumb Ranch to enjoy breaking bread with one another, and to enjoy the classic food of the Mountainous Midwest. Delicious marbled steak, salted steamed vegetables, fluffy, buttery mashed potatoes, and plenty of “libations” to go around for friends and family. At the Devil’s Thumb Ranch of the modern day, these same traditions are continued with each customer.
