We hope you have arrived safely and had no trouble finding our Wandering Moose Retreat home for your stay.
We know you must be ready to relax and start your vacation, and we want you to make yourself at home right way. We just ask all guests to go through the home and report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours to us or our housekeeper.

Heating system uses thermostats for the home.
Air-Conditioning: Homes in the mountains typically do NOT have air conditioning. This home also does NOT have air conditioning. We have provided fans to help cool down the home if needed. Opening windows will also help cool the home down.
Please keep your sporting goods, ski and snowboard equipment in the entry or garage.
Boots and other wet gear should be stored in the entry. Also please remove your
shoes upon entering the condo.
Trash can be disposed of at the trash enclosure located near the entry to Rendezvous from the highway; there are recycling bins and dumpsters located at this location.
Quiet hours: 10pm-7am Daily
The hot tub can freeze or damage can be done by wind if cover is not secured after each use. Please be sure to fasten the strap(s) to secure the hot tub lid. Having too many people in the hot tub can cause the water to overflow, if the water is below the filter level the water cannot circulate and damage can be done to the hot tub. Any damage cause by the misuse of the hot tub will be charged back to the guest.
The switch is located on the side of the fireplace. It may take a minute for the flames to come on. Please turn off when not using.
Due to cold temperatures, the deck and walkway surfaces are generally snowy and icy even when the snow has been cleared. Please exercise caution. We will not clear the snow from the deck during your stay unless you wish for us to. Please message or give us a call and we will come by and take care of it. There is a shovel on the deck for this use.

Please note that checkout time is at 10:00 am on the designated date of checkout. Our cleaners will be at the home to clean near that time.
Before you leave, we just ask you for a couple favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.
- Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
- Please check that the fireplace is turned off.
- Please lock all doors and close all windows.
- Please make sure the key is hanging by the door, a $50 fee will be assessed if we need to replace it.
