5. Get away from it all
Stay off I70 and stay out of the traffic grid lock! Did you know that U.S. Highway 40 was the original cross country highway, that changed in the when the Eisenhower Tunnels were completed in 1979. This changed Grand County and made a secret hideaway that’s now being discovered. With lots of building happening the past few years you’ll be pleasantly surprised at all we have to offer for a small community.
And best of all, you can get off I70 much earlier and be on your skis quicker than those sitting in the gridlock.
6. Tubing
We should be named the snow tubing capital of the world! We have numerous tubing hills to choose from. Click here for a list.
