To begin, potential guests can find your vacation home listed on various online travel websites, including popular platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, as well as our own website. This extensive online presence ensures that your property reaches a wide audience. Guests can book your home directly through these websites or by calling our office, where our friendly guest specialists are ready to assist them.

Guests get an email notification for their booking

As the guest’s arrival date approaches, we take proactive steps to ensure they have all the necessary information. Seven days before their scheduled arrival, we send them an email containing comprehensive details on how they will access the home, including Wi-Fi information and unique door access codes. This email also serves as a gateway to our digital home guide, where guests can find further information about local deals and discounts. Our deals program is designed to promote local businesses and offer exclusive benefits to our guests, such as discounts on ski rentals, brewery visits, rafting trips, ATV excursions, golfing, and much more. To keep things top of mind for our guests, three days before their arrival, we send them a convenient text message with a link to our digital guide. This ensures that they have all the necessary information readily available.

Our guests get a digital property guidebook

We understand the importance of personal interaction, so one day prior to their arrival, we make a courtesy call to our guests. During this call, we confirm that they are fully prepared for their stay and address any last-minute questions or concerns they may have.

 

On the day of their arrival, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the home to ensure that
everything is in perfect order prior to their arrival. We want the property to be as close to perfection as possible, so guests can expect a hand-written welcome card and a goodie bag with treats to greet them upon their arrival.

 

One day after checking in, we reach out to the guests via message to inquire about their well-being and address any potential issues with the home. This allows guests to promptly report any problems or damages, ensuring that we can address them quickly and efficiently.

As their departure day approaches, we send a message to our guests expressing our appreciation for their stay. We also encourage guests to inform us of any accidental damages that may have occurred during their stay. Each of our guest stays is protected by a $1,500 accidental damage protection policy.

One day after their departure, we reach out to the guests once again to gather feedback on their experience and inquire about ways we can improve for their next visit. This feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us continuously enhance our services and provide an even better experience for future guests.

Finally, on the day of departure, our dedicated housekeepers or home inspectors enter the property to conduct a thorough check for any damages or missing items. This final inspection ensures that the home remains in excellent condition for the next guests.
