Family Friendly Vacation Rental Amenities
Our Waterside West townhome unit # A106 offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps up to eight guests. This lower level (down two set of stairs) unit has onsite parking, is close to the Safeway in case guests want to pick up groceries for in rental cooking, and is also centrally located, ten minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort. Further, there is a lovely little fishing pond, right outside the patio door.

If you’re looking to experience the outdoors in all of its splendor, take a 45-minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Or, stay in town and check out the variety of activities available, in summer and winter, at Winter Park Resort. A Winter Park vacation offers so many truly unique experiences across all seasons. In the winter, take a one of a kind trip down the slopes by joining a ski bike tour, or take in the wonderous clear skyline with a Snowcat stargazing tour. Summer travelers can zip down the Alpine Slide, or take part in the annual Winter Park Jazz Festival at the Rendezvous Event Center.
After spending the day at the park, or visiting the Rockies, grab dinner at any of the area restaurants. If you want something a bit more eclectic, check out Sushi Nama, which is located just six miles outside of Winter Park. Hosomaki rolls fans will be delighted, because options for the six pieces include fresh tuna, yellowtail, salmon, or negitoro.
And don’t worry, if the sushi roll of your dreams is not on the menu, Sushi Nama will invite you to select the fixings for your own customized sushi roll, with your choice of two veggies, one fish, and one sauce. If you love hand rolls, Sushi Nama offers specials of tuna, yellowtail, salmon, cali mix, and Hawaiian poke.
