We have the right property for guests of any kind, with over 20 properties all within a six-mile radius. Our budget friendly nightly rental home provides a personal feeling, and is full of local artists paintings. Our multi-family home unit located at 850 Badger Lane in Fraser, Colorado, has 1,200 square feet of living space, and has two ground-floor bedrooms. This eclectic style home was built in 1985, and its second floor features an open floor plan with a living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a second full bathroom, allowing sleeping for seven guests. One half of the multi-family home is available for rental, and the owners live in the other half, making it easy for guests who have questions or unique needs. This unit has one flat screen 60” television located in the living room, basic cable and wireless internet. Both bedrooms have smart televisions and if you have a Hulu or Netflix subscription, you are welcome to log-in and view. The space is also thoughtfully designed with pieces from a local artist, and there are plenty of board games for those who want to enjoy a quiet night in. Additional amenities include:

Locally owned and operated, they offer the one and only $2 USD latte on the mountain. For breakfast and lunch, those with voracious appetites can enjoy made to order sandwiches. Don’t worry, for adults who wish to wind down at the end of a long day, the market has great deals on wine and cocktails. If you need something a bit heartier, try dinner at The Ditch on 40. This roadside grill offers much more than your anticipated bar food.
